BIOGRAPHY

Robert H. Norton,

Mr. Norton has more than 28 years proven experience in the M & A, investment funding and business development of commercial  real estate property, development, build lease backs private/public, construction, federal contracts, renewable energy and energy management systems. He has delivered $100M in annual revenue/profit growth for select property markets including real estate acquisitions, Retirement PUD investment development (waterfront, marina, golf) land development, design build, pre construction, capital funding, PPEA Development public private lease back, energy credit investments  and commercial general construction. Norton has strong business planning, organizational and communication skills with the ability to independently plan and direct all levels of real estate development and investment funding using private equity and added value turn key programs. He has pioneered innovative development national programs in health care, day care,  life care retirement living, hospitality, entertainment, restaurants, retail, education and business research and development campus, business incubators, PPEA private lease back programs for all levels of education public and private. His expertise includes merger and acquisitions, private financial investment funding, analyzing existing markets and implementing the strategies, processes and technologies to improve economic performance. A Team Builder with proven strong P&L “hands on” management experience, syndication private equity  investment, project engineering, LEED, Energy Star, Sustainable with single source public, private and federal design build, construction management development background.

For the past several years Mr. Norton has routinely managed over $200M in Investment asset portfolios and developed $100 Million in annual completed RE development and construction projects (operating in NC, SC, GA, TN and VA) New operations in NY, PA, CT, NJ with PPEA and energy investments. He has been  CEO of National  Commercial RE Development, Private Investment and Construction Corporations for the past 15 years. He has also held  senior executive management and Board of Directors positions including 14 years with Cashier NY Investment Holding Corporation a multi conglomerate New York Investment Group in Hard Goods Toronto COMPRO International Manufacturing, Steel Fabrication, HVAC Fabrication and installation, Metal Roofing, Pre Engineered Buildings, Architectural Metals, Green Panelized wall systems, National  General Construction, Federal Military and GSA procurement and Real Estate Development.   Director & Operating Executive  , National accounts operating 18 States Real Estate Development, Investments and Construction COO of a company doing $100 Million Annually. Maintain Global networks in Private Venture Funding and related professional services.
